Anyone have a way to take the eBay listings off of their Facebook Marketplace feed?

I do a lot of flipping by buying things on FB and then fixing/cleaning up and selling on eBay. Now my FB feed is fully 1/3 ebay listings and it's really disrupting my flow. I'm not in it to buy on ebay and then resell on the same site.

Has anyone found a way to just not display the eBay listings on FB altogether?
