Help me build a tombstone for my grandma

Trying to raise some money for a tombstone for my grandmother, she was a nice person, she made me gave ger a promise to build a tombstone on her grave when she pass away. The interesting part is that she died 1 week after I promised her, she wasn't very sick, we knew it was coming, just not that soon. Apperantly old people know when they will pass away.
