Getting itchy with bumps all over my back, arms, back legs, back and sides of the neck, and side of my left leg

It's really odd, I've been taking showers everyday and following my normal skincare routine which usually works.. But now I'm just breaking out with itchy bumps that won't stop! I tried moisturizer because I know I get dry skin, but that didn't help. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you solve?
