FHSA Schedule 15

I opened my FHSA in 2023. When i filed my taxes for 2023 (in 2024) i checked the box that said "did you open a FHSA this year. But i have not made any contributions to it till date and have a total contribution room of $16k for the year 2025.

Can anyone tell me if I have to file Schedule 15 or not?
