TATA CLIQ ( India) is a scam

I recently started running and was researching shoes. That is when my friend suggested Adidas Response Super. He said those are great for beginners. So I went on Google, and there, I saw TATA CLIQ selling them for half the price. So, as a broke student, I quickly purchased it. waited for 5 days for my package to arrive, and when it came, I opened the box and boom, the shoes were used. So I just shrugged it off, saying it happens. I contacted their customer support and explained to them the scene and demanded a refund, and i ordered one more pair of the same.

Again, after 5 days, I get my package and the shoes are still used and now in an even worse condition. I called them and asked for a refund again.A guy came to pick those used shoes up and he straight up refused, saying the shoes are used, we cant take them back. The return was scheduled by TATA CLIQ. So i had to talk with them for 2 days again. Tho i got my money back, this TATA CLIQ is backed by a very big corporation (TATA) and they have a page for LUXURY goods.

Today I received an EMAIL saying they did an investigation and found nothing wrong with those shoes. TATA CLIQ IS A SCAM COMPANY. BE AWARE, GUYS. I will also attach the images of the shoes and the mail.
