Anyone take nurtec? Trying to avoid rebound migraines.

I’ve been having migraines the past year, but they’ve been increasing in frequency despite elimination diet etc. Before it would be maybe twice a month and a cocktail of OTC meds worked well enough. But now they’re 2-3 times a week and I’m at the limit before bounceback migraines etc. I’m about to try nurtec but am curious about other people’s responses to it.

I’m on medications for other conditions whose side effects often help with migraines (lamotrogine, propranolol, verapamil—can’t do topamax or keppra). My cardiologist said I should avoid triptans due to my heart condition so my neurologist suggested nurtec. Anyone have advice on it?
