Pisces and Libra compatibility in general?

I’m a February Pisces female and my younger sister is September Libra. How is the Pisces and Libra relationship in general? My sister cries her way out of everything in 95% of the arguments we would have so I have stopped bothering to even talk. When I would communicate things she would ignore it or not take it seriously and when I stopped talking and it turned into an argument, she accuses me of not having a good communication. It’s been a shit show dealing with her its just so annoying as soon as she starts crying.
