AITA for feeling hurt that the guy I’m dating didn’t walk me out of the hotel when I had an early flight?

I’ve been dating this guy for a few months. We’re exclusive but not officially boyfriend/girlfriend. He’s currently on a 5-month road trip (planned before we met), so we’re doing long distance for now. He said he’ll come back after the trip.

We met up in another state recently for a concert and had a really fun time. After the concert, we got back to our hotel around 2am. My flight was early the next morning so I had to leave around 5am. His flight was later so he was staying at the hotel longer.

When I got up to leave, he just hugged me next to the bed, half-asleep, and went back to sleep. I got ready, called an Uber, and walked down to the hotel entrance by myself. He didn’t walk me to the door or downstairs or anything.

I’m not asking for some huge romantic gesture, but it honestly made me feel kind of sad. Like… we just had this great weekend and now we’re going back to long distance for a while and he couldn’t even walk me out?

I haven’t said anything to him yet, but it’s been on my mind. AITA for feeling disappointed about this?
