I cant listen to music anymore cause every song reminds me of her

I cant be the only one that cant listen to music anymore. 34 days of no contact. I just cant listen to music anymore, cause it reminds me too much of her. I set a timer in Instagram, Spotify and thread and put it to 0 minutes just so i dont open it. I cant, everything reminds me of her and i want to check on her so bad. Its almost an addiction where i just need to see if she has unlocked me from her story or to see what songs she is listening to.

Right now i would want to work to make it work with her again. But i need to move on or atleast be at a point where i dont care if she comes back. So im gonna really put in the work to make that feeling happen
