Honest opinions about the situation of unemployment

I've seen in this sub mostly, a pattern and trend of the reality of Namibia; qualified individuals with degrees and honors but stay at home with no jobs for years on ends. Just recently, a certain night lounge was hiring and about 300+ people flooded the streets to just apply for one job. I think ts disturbing and also a cause and effect of the current corruption and lack of diversity within Namibia's economy. The truth remains this: if Namibia doesn't prioritize capital wealth and the investment of its economy into its markets, there will be an impending class war. The rich vs the poor like the story as its been told before.

My question is this, how secure do you feel right now as Namibia continues to invest about 50 billion into foreign companies, while citizens wth certs and quals sit at home? Do you share views of an impending class war? What would it take for Namibias economy to drive unemployment down?
