Can data entry on upwork or fiver guarantee a 5$/day?

I've have a little experience with data entry and transcription and ai editing, and all kind of this small jobs

how to start? do i need a portfolio to apply on upwork or they just test? i was working on sites like remotasks and toloka before it shut down so there's no portfolio or previous works to attach

can i get at least 5~10 bucks a day even if it's full time?
