Weird Frequent Heart Palps suddenly stopped?

I started getting heart palps every day, every 10 minutes starting a week or two ago with no other symptoms.

I went to the DR, they said they weren’t concerned because I have no other symptoms.

Well today they completely stopped so frequently. I got maybe like 8 max as opposed to 56 a day.

But then when I go to lay down, they start back up again (not as bad, maybe 2 every hour).

It sounds very underlying.

I’m starting to think maybe it’s my root canal that I never got a crown for. Maybe it’s infected with no symptoms at all of an infection.

Any suggestions? Pretty nervous at this point.
