Uhh... You okay Blot?

So, I was doing a solo run earlier, and I noticed that Blot was on the floor, cause I saw one of his hands. I was happy, not because I needed his research, but because he happens to be my favorite twisted. Anyways, I round the corner, only to see... his other hand was stuck inside the wall.

I have never seen this happen before. I am concerned.
