Career or family

Advice Received

I have found myself in a little moral confusion, and I really torn out about what to do. I would love to hear your thoughts about this.

So here is the situation: I have been working on my current job for five years now, and when its downhill. Recently, my family is going through some difficult times. My siblings lose their job, and my parents are struggling to keep things floating financially.

Here is confusion: My boss interacted with just one promotion that includes migrating to another city. The salary increase is significant, which can really help my family if I accept the situation. However, moving means that they leave my family during this difficult time when they need the most support.

I am also guilty of thinking of putting my career before my family needs. But on the other hand, financial stability from this new situation can also provide long -term support for them.

** What would you do in this situation? ** Should I prioritize my career progress or be closer to my family to help through their struggles? Any insights or experiences you can share will be highly appreciated!
