TorrentDownloads dot pro Question.

fmhy includes torrentdownloads dot pro as a safe site in their trusted torrent sites list. I went there and there is no uploaded user names associated with the torrents and no comments on anything it seems. What's the deal? Is this site legit? Who uploads the torrents there? Why does fmhy consider the site trustworthy? Thanks in advance!
