Need help finding a video

I have been searching for an analog horror video where there where a narrator presents 3 separate universe beings with one being a living mattress and something that i don't exactly remember but i remember something about a blue bar over something's head and inside that bar something like "The image you're looking for no longer exists". I do not remember the 3rd one.

I swear this was a Dr. Nowhere video but i can't find it anywhere, i've been going crazy about this
