I need some advice

I haven't had any responses in other subs,

When I've been applying oestrogel for the first time, is it normal to have a massive rush of anxiety etc. after just a few minutes. I feel like the gel is strongly absorbed. I applied to a large buttock and thigh area. I had to lay down and chill, felt very anxious and panicky, afterwards now I feel quite spaced out too.

I tried to build up oestrogen by using a lower dose serum, 0.25mg, 2pumps a day. I did initially get some anxiety with that but it calmed down quickly. I've been using this for 2 to 3 weeks.

I bath and exfoliate before applying, so perhaps my skin is just super absorbent.
