Please Stop

Please stop buying this game.

I know at the start of the year everything is fresh and fun and new I fall victim to it myself. The fact is that EA have had it both ways for a long time now and it's not fair on the consumers.

What do I mean by that?

This game is obviously heavily micro transaction oriented. Games that do that tend to be free to play. Take Fortnite for example. They make their money from skins and licencing existing IPs.

EA do the exact same thing and charge €70 a year. I guarantee they'll join the new norm of the €80 price range too for the sole reason that they know you'll pay the extra 10 bucks. No improvements, no quality of life, the game is dying faster every year.

I love ultimate team but it seriously needs to figure out what it's trying to be. Take Warzone for instance. Activision made it a free to play solo entity that updates with the release of each main line title.

Now look at a proper retail priced game with no micro transactions, Spiderman 2. Everything is in the game, all you do is play it and unlock things as you go.

They can't have it both ways. They need to learn.
