People with normal clothing kinks- did your parents ever wear said clothing growing up?

Let me preface this by saying two things: 1) I’m aware that this question might come off weird, and 2) by normal clothing I mean like, a sundress or a dress shirt or something like that.

I have something of a kink for maxi dresses. Lingerie does nothing for me, but for some reason a long, floor length summer dress gets me going. No idea why, but I digress.

I’m on my family’s Amazon account, which means I get notified when someone orders something. I got a notification this morning that a black metal water bottle was out for delivery, but the thumbnail, out of the corner of my eye, looked, probably because of my kink, like a black maxi t shirt dress. I can count on one hand the number I’ve times I’ve seen my mom wear a dress that wasn’t for some sort of formal ceremony (and yes, I know that sentence sounds weird. My MIL is the same way and my fiancée and I have talked about this before), so part of me was like, okay go off!

Which brings me to the above question. People who are into clothing that you might see around - sundresses, business casual, daisy dukes, etc. - did your parents ever wear stuff like that growing up?
