Problem with monitor scaling

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix this problem? When i change the scaling on my monitor to anything above 100% it breaks the game to display only one corner of the program. I can still click on what is blacked out, but obviously don't see it. Putting it at 100% fixes it again, but i have used raid on pc for quite some time and never had this problem, it just randomly started today. I already tried reinstalling raid, restarting my pc, playing around with the ingame settings but nothing seems to do anything. Keeping my monitor on just 100% scaling also isn't really an option and i didn't need to do it anyways, something broke but i have no clue what.
