SKINFUSE HELP Niacinamide in after care package

30F. I recently had microneedling done with Skinpen yesterday. Everything has been going well but I just noticed the skinfuse rescue balm for day 2-3 has Niacinamide. I am extremely sensitive to niacinamide. My acne was worsened by niacinamide reactions and even using it caused new cystic acne for years. I never realized it was caused by Niacinamide in all my products. (Thanks to Reddit for helping me figure that one out!!) I cut it from my routine back in January and my skin has healed dramatically — I just have deep scars which is why I got skinpen done.

I did not add Rejuran. Just wanted to make that clear before anyone asks. It has niacinamide in it and I declined the add-on.

What would you recommend I use instead of the skinfuse rescue balm if things go south from the niacinamide? I have Cosrx hydrium moisture enriched cream which is mainly water and glycerin with propolis and B5. I also have the medicube cica exosome cream. Both products have been wonderful and led to no new acne.

I also have a box of VT Centella / Cica masks (dark green box) I bought for aftercare but I may need to use them sooner.

Or….Should I just go to the store, buy some honkin aloe vera plants and use it plain on my face?

Just trying to figure out some alternate plans JUST in case I react horribly to the niacinamide in the after-care products. It’s far enough down the list I don’t think the concentration may do something adverse but I just wanna be cautious. And just to add: I’m starting a new hospital job on Monday so anything from this point is home self care due to time and availability.
