Fibocom working on T480s and x280 but not on P16

within a few minutes, I realized the photos weren't showing any Lenovo part/number and I asked for cancellation. After 4 days the seller refused the cancellation.

Today I received the item and it works on the T480s, on the X280 but not on P16 (doesn't boot with unrecognized card error). After windows update's installation of Fibocom's driver, the card is listed in device manager as Intel XMM 7360 which matches with T480s' PSREF .

1. Is this a Lenovo card or not?

2. given the item's title is "original: CELLULAR Card LENOVO T480S TP00092A L850-GL", would you esteem it can be returned as "not as described"?
