Is it possible to have a migraine without any symptoms?

Last night I had the worst headache in my life. It was throbbing pain on the left side of my eyebrow. It was to the point where I couldn’t do anything except curl up in my bed. It was so bad im not even exaggerating.

I took prescription pain meds (for my diagnosed lupus) and got so desperate I took ibuprofen and arthritis Tylenol. Absolutely nothing was helping. It was so bad I wanted to cry but all I could do was focus on my breathing like I was in labor 😭.

I’ve never experienced migraines before, but with this pain I was convinced that’s what was happening. But I didn’t have any of the before or after symptoms (like stiffness in the neck). It also only lasted about 3 hours. My question is if it’s possible to have a migraine without any of the other symptoms except for the worst pain ever lol
