I do not get why musicians like Olivia Rodrigo and Dua Lipa are so liked, I’m tired of them.

Dua Lipa’s music all just sounds the very much same to me, like it all sounds formulaic, repetitive, bland, it all just sounds so lifeless to me, like the lyrics just feel so lame. Like a complete nothing burger.

Olivia Rodrigo same thing, her music is all just her yelling into a microphone whining over a guy who broke her heart. I just don’t really get the hype for some of these mainstream artists these days who just make similar sounding songs that are formulaic all the time, I do like some other mainstream artists in the pop genre but these two of the most overhyped that I am just tired of at this point already.
