Incantation Relics?

With how easy it is to find relics that change your starting weapon's damage type, would it be too much to suggest a relic that replaces Rejection on finger seals with weaker/FP efficient incants like Discus of Light, Catch Flame/Flame Sling, Bestial Sling, etc.?

It feels like I'm wasting my team's time on Day 2 when I go after a church for the finger seal box to kill a weak boss for a small amount of runes and pray for a decent seal to drop.

Would this be too broken?
