What do you think of this?

Idea: In India, every state government should launch their own OTT platform ..that offer discounts based on a person’s social score.

The score is given to those who actively participate in different initiatives by the govt (like swach Bharat etc) .

This would encourage citizens to be more responsible ..like showing social responsibility, environment responsibility etc.

To support this, the government can offer tax exemptions to filmmakers who provide their movies to this government-run OTT platform.
