Connection Times SLC
I will start by saying I do not fly out west much anymore. That being said have a flight scheduled from Cincinnati CVG to Oregon MFR with a connection in SLC. In typical delta fashion the flight times have changed and my connection in SLC has gone from an hour and twenty minutes to just a half hour.. i know as I fly through ATL or MSP most weeks that I typically will avoid any connection less than 40 minutes as boarding doors close 15 minutes prior. Is 30 minutes enough in SLC in the summer? I would not do that in ATL or MSP. I will add that it is a 9:30pm connection. I have been trying to research if the CVG flight to SLC is typically on-time ,late, or early. Flying through ATL to SLC is the same connection time frame. My rebooking options are an early morning flight and getting to MFR early afternoon or flying through MSP-SEA-MFR which is 2x $ or points. Like John Quinines would ask. "What would you do?"
