Confused about social housing registration times

Hello! I have a question about accepting a social house in a specific city and what happens with your registration time with other places you are registered.

To give some context me and my partner got first place in an apartment at Eindhoven via loting, however the place is small… I feel like small is a understatement it’s only 15m2. I’m currently registered in Eindhoven and Utrecht, and I tried to find information about this online but found nothing. My question is, if I accept this apartment do I lose my registration time in Utrecht? (I know for sure I lose it in Eindhoven but I couldn’t find anything if you lose your registration time in other cities)
