Adrenalin won't show up even after reinstall/update

i have a 9070 Xt swift from xfx, i can install/uninstall/update and do everything with drivers and functionality of adrenalin, but there is no way of opening the windows for andrenalin
Even with the last update from yesterday the installation went smoothly but i cant have on screeen the Adrenalin software and everything i have found online does not work, i think it's even appliyng the slight undervolt i had in the setting before this problem but i can't modify anything since even the taskbar icon in the bottom left of windows won't show up.

I'm using a 7800x3d stock settings cooled with a liquid freezer III 360 with 32 gb ram at 6000
3 tb all in pcie 4x4

i tried even the DDU method, the software is working but won't let me access the UI interface to modify settings, what can i do?
