Nocturnal Panic Attacks

I wake up every morning in full panic. Heart pounding, can’t breathe, sweaty, no idea where I am, stomach pains. I googled this and it’s called a nocturnal panic attack. Don’t think I had them before starting Pristiq a few months ago.
