I'm a bit confused on one of the questions

One of the questions for 20 marks had two parts but it seemed awfully little theory for that. It was just a definition of discrimination and "list" 4 grounds for discrimination. That means no explanation just write down 4 words, but how would that be worth 20 full marks? Did I misunderstand something?
