Jax rehab or relapse?

I don't think jax was in rehab. I think he was in a mental health facility. When you go to rehab, you're not allowed to leave until you have been clean for a certain amount of time. If he had truly gone to rehab, then they would be ensuring that he had no access to additional substances. Meaning, he would not have been allowed to leave the facility unless he was undergoing regular testing. The more I think about his behavior while in the facility, the more it looks like someone is under the influence and spinning out. I think he would leave the facility to go either do substances or buy substances. He is still acting like he is using. This is not sober behavior.
