How long until you guys stopped feeling withdrawal symptoms?

Hey I’ve been on lexapro for anxiety and depression for over a year now, was at 10mg then the last few months went down to 5mg because of weight gain.

My psychiatrist just stopped my dosage cold turkey at 5mg which I guess is fine since it’s a low dose and I requested maybe going down to 2.5mg but she refused.

I’m 3 weeks in and feel bouts of crying at random times of days, brain fog and anxiety. How long until you guys stopped feeling withdrawal and what were day?
