Question : What % of false Macro bans are quashed/reversed?

Given the new customer support promised. The extra appeal and 'more' support and something else I'm missing... In reality how many bans actually get reversed.

And how hopeful are you any meaningful change is coming?

Bonus points for a story but don't drop RSN for appeals.
