need help!!! F1 visa interview, karachi

Hi, I have my F1 visa interview soon at the karachi consulate . I got into Missouri S&T for Bachelor's in biology. If anyone has gone through the process recently, I’d really appreciate your tips. What questions should I expect? Anything specific to prepare for?

Thanks a lot!
