How does this happen exactly?

Now I told him "This doesn't make you look better. Fu©€!ng ®et@rd."

Now I got my comment removed and got a strike on my account. Now I'm not proud of what I wrote obviously but how the hell does his comment stay on the air and mine is immediately removed and I get punished? I reported his comment. How does this happen?
