Lance's E-blade into Connor's Incinerate of Venting

I want to play Connor's build but I heard his plans normally don't do best unless you have double the currency.

With Lance's new build video being posted a bit ago, would it be better for me to play his E-Blade Inquisitor while making currency for the swap without going the Mjolner route?
