My mouse cursor is moving at 1 fps.

so my cursor IS really laggy, I've tried looking in task manager, everything seems normal. not only that I did see cmd prompt open twice very briefly could I have a virus?

my laptop (MSI modern 15) hasn't been overheated. I still have 80gb of SSD storage. my ram is normal.

this issue has only been going on today as soon as i opened my laptop. and I really want to know what's going on.

I have not tried another mouse at the time of post.
