no records found?

hi! I have just accepted my offer for NTU after appealing to it so my offer of acceptance came really late… after accepting the offer, my friends told me I would need to click on a link to get my matriculation number, but as I tried to log in it says no records found?

My letter of offer didn’t state when I need to log in, the only date mentioned is the part where it’s telling me to accept my offer by XXX.

Is this the date where my records will be in the system then I can get my matriculation number?
