Can I still renegotiate with Finance after going over paper work?

Hi I just left the dealership and regrettably made the mistake of taking the 5.99% apr instead of the 4.99% deal. I’m suppose to call my insurance to add the vehicle but before I do I want to know if it’s too late now?
