OGP—What’s the staffing like?

Want to find out how staffing is in OGP in general.

From the posts here, there are some stores that seem like they keep a good group of people but then there are the others where somehow nobody likes OGP (or whoever’s running it more likely) and that means everyone else gets pulled from the floor.

Not a Walmart associate, but with Meijer. Asking because for some reason nobody stays in our pickup, or they want limited hours — BUT a year ago we had a real stable group that there were no problems.

Those stores that are doing OK, what’s making it happen? And on the other side, what’s with not keeping OGP people and forcing the rest of the store to compensate?
