Farming bighorn on summit legendary. Only floor 10 or every 10x ?

Just wondering if I have to do it specifically on floor number 10 or if it works on other boss floors like 30,40 etc ?

I’m at floor 40 and doing solo runs and want to make sure I’m not wasting my time.
