**I feel yall lost the plot, once again.**

Y'all can't talk, can't type. I feel like reading a bunch off idiots shout around. And before you get mad, lemme explain.

# I believe all of this sub is going too far in terms of hating god/op ocs.

Sure, downvote me. But listen.

Yes, some people make ocs just for powerscaling. Yes, some are terrible - but you gotta MENTION THAT.

"OH god ocs are so freaking bad" - so if I put, 5-8 years into writing an oc that is somehow very op, then i'm actually a terrible writer? You will marginalize me into a group BECAUSE you read two posts about how bad op ocs are?

That's because you don't understand what you say.

You mean omnipotent. But people are saying "Op" or "Omnipotent". These are different things. My ocs are overpowered, but not omnipotent. So they're ass, right? Right?

This is going so far that I saw someone ASK if they can post about an "Omnipotent" character, in fear of backlash. Are we trying to build a community, or a hating centre? Cause i don't see how this fear mongering can bring us closer.

Wouldn't it be better to just say it like I do?

*"Hey listen, omnipotence doesn't work like that. In powerscaling, we use tiers, and omnipotence isn't one. And it works in your world. So if my oc outscales, your omnipotence doesn't mean much!"*

See how **civilizied this is? See how calm, simple and nice it feels?** The other side can explain the scaling or say "Oh really? Didn't know that, thanks!"

If someone's toxic, i get that. **Go all you want, but don't marginalize**. So what? You gonna put me, Equiv, Tli, and much more into one sack cause one time you met a badly written god oc?

Yes, sometimes, an oc is really unbeatable - but maybe just leave the convo? You're only making more hate by creating it towards the person. You're not fixing the problem - you're creating another issue. Another thing.

And not just that - yall are really freaking BIASED!

Like 2 people said Lucifer is too op! The rest of yall glazed the FUCK outta him, and that includes the toxic people who are now against op characters and god ocs! Or better - you do know that Pedro's ability is that he has every ability in fiction? Why aren't you hating HIM, hmmm? What's so special about HIS ability?

I see no issue in having these characters - if you don't want omnipotent characters in your comment sections... just don't react. you have free will. Why make more hate? You can just NOT interact.

\----

About this toxicity, cause i also gotta talk about it.

I saw ONE or two times when someone actively shat on a weak oc for being weak. No one does that. The oc is just an oc. When an oc is weak, they're just an oc for the plot.

But when an oc is a god? Nahhh, now we HAVE TO shit on these people! We have to bring them down! Ever thought about who's behind the screen? No? Shiiii... Hating on op ocs is good and cool! See how cool you are for shitting on a 12 year old who's just trying to fit? XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

*I wonder how you'd feel.*

I will not get this. I won't be able to.

***TL;DR:***

I think yall lost the plot again - i get disliking stuff, but please be civil.

I am not saying it's all wrong. That disliking someone or something is wrong. Do what you want.

I get it. Omnipotent ocs are annoying. But first LEARN what you're saying - you opened gates that allowed people to shout "BAD WRITING" when they lose the debate!

BETTER - i know i'm part of the problem! Because i myself shouted "Bad writing" when i lost a debate! But i don't anymore, cause i know my mistakes!

But maybe, just maybe... we can be nice to each other, instead of hate.

Another information:

I didn't write this to target YOU, the reader, as a person. If you got this far, you can know that using "you" for the reader can make him read more and feel more connected. I wanted you to feel the connection. That this isn't something to scroll away from.

We don't need problems.

We need support.

So next time when you see an omnipotent oc, please explain to the author that they're 100% beatable and how omnipotence works...

... and don't you dare call ocs that you lose against "Badly written".

And if you want to make another "God oc hate post", say what you exactly mean.

Because no one likes to feel called out for something they haven't done.

Eggpplant out.

(All the ocs mentioned here were used as examples and i have nothing to their authors. I am also not trying to attack you or the community - i'm letting you know that problems are real and we should look into them!)

Yall went too far. (GOD OCS POST)
