I'm about to lose my apartment. Any shelters I can go to?

Unfortunately, I might lose my apartment this weekend, and I've got nowhere to go.

So I'm looking for homeless shelters anywhere in/near Fort Collins where I can stay temporarily. Or any churches that can accommodate me?. I just need a roof over my head for a couple of weeks while I try to figure things out and get back on my feet.

I am 24F. I'm really worried because I've never been homeless and I'm pretty clueless as to where to go from here.

Any suggestions or advice would be really appreciated.
