BOGO how long to port in after purchase

Hello, I plan on taking advantage of the BOGO offer before 6/15 and would like to confirm how long do I have to actually port in the numbers. I am currently prepaid on the 2 lines I am bringing in until about August 5 and would like to wait closer to that date to port my 2 lines in. Also I would need physical sims so is that something that can be specified when I place the initial order? Thanks in advance.
