I'm struggling to get a payday loan and I'm not sure what to do

Currently, I'm after a chunk of cash cause I recently had a massive medical expense. I'm not looking to pay it off all at once, just 1000 bucks, but for the life of me i can't find a single place i can apply to even for a crappy payday loan. My credit score is meh, about 635, and I have some debts that are overdue, but I figured maybe I could use my car as collateral, but I can't find any place that'll take me. My car is fully paid and a 2017 model, but i have no clue where to go to potentially find something. Any advice or suggestions would be immensely appreciated. I need this money within the next day or two, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
