Hodinkee vs. Jewelers Mutual: Real Rolex Insurance Claims Experience?

I’m trying to decide on the best watch insurance and leaning toward either Hodinkee (via Chubb) or Jewelers Mutual.

Hodinkee premiums seem higher, but they reportedly pay out based on the declared value with no deductible. JM, on the other hand, tries to replace the watch (which can be tricky with certain models like vintage Rolexes). That sounds less ideal to me but I haven’t seen many recent claim stories from either provider.

If you’ve had a claim experience (especially with Rolex): 1. How seamless was the process? 2. Did you feel made whole (cash payout vs. replacement)? 3. What was the timeline from loss to reimbursement? 4. Is there another provider I should seriously consider (e.g. Chubb directly, Lemonade, etc.)?

Any insights (good or bad) would be super helpful. Even anecdotal input from a few years ago is welcome.
