Very Stupid Question: Where to put hands/arms when reading screen, not using keyboard/mouse?

Should I rest them in my lap? On the table? Just continue holding the keyboard or mouse even when not using them? I spend a lot of time reading documents which I go through slowly, so I often don't have to scroll for some time, and am just reading the text on the screen.
