AST high? Scared!

I just got my bloodwork back from a physical and the AST number lit up orange!

AST is 31 (normal range up to 30). My ALT is 21 (normal).

Should I be worried? My doc hasn’t said anything so I’m wondering why she isn’t alarmed?

I should note that I did go VERY hard in the gym the night before and apparently that might make it spike? I also had a couple glasses of rose the night before too? I did not and do not take Tylenol.

I am a a female 142lbs 5’3” in my 20’s. I drink socially (no drugs) and I love my wine. So I’m really concerned I’ve ruined my liver already. So so scared!
