how to add steam games into steam and have a cloud save?

in my computer cafe employees use deep freeze therefore i cant pirate there only i can buy. But they dont delete steam saves therefore i can buy games and play em. Recently i played a bit of call of duty world war 2 but because of DF saves got deleted. Wondering how can i get it into my steam perhaps by paying a small fee? or is there like a lease. Note: i only need it for campaign.
